Returns & Satisfaction Policy

At Agenda Lighting LLC, we are committed to delivering quality lighting products and excellent customer service. If your purchase is not exactly what you expected, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To qualify, returned items must:

• Be unused and in resalable condition
• Include the original packaging and accessories
• Show no signs of installation, misuse, or damage
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that fail to meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through improper installation or customer misuse

Refund Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time before funds appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping carton
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our shipping error or a verified product defect.
